I am pretty sad, even though it is not official yet. Interestingly, both my interviews at Wharton (with HCM and the regular interviewer) went incredibly well.

Congrats Paradosso and co! I unfortunately won't see you at admit weekend but later on, in September.

For the others, good luck! Don't lose hope, it's only 1pm here, and they are going to be working their arse off till late to give these calls.

I seriously hope that it will be over one way or the other at 2 PM EST. I can't bare to wait. To all the admits, as a favor please punch the genius at Wharton who decided to call people and then send emails out. :D

Agreed. This process just seems so cruel. I understand that they want to reach out personally to the accepted students and make them feel special. But at least consider the thousands of applicants who have poured a lot of time and effort into this. It one thing to get denied. It's another to have people sit and agonize all day while others are celebrating.

Which is to say you read it on BW.

2pm ET = 11am PT. Will they have been able to notify all the west coasters by 11am? I guess we'll find out in 10 min.

They don't call all the admits, I know of someone personally who was admitted without a call. I am still hoping for a decision at 2 PM.

Just got the call. 10:50 on the west coast...they said emails will be coming out in 15-20 mins. Not sure if that's everyone or just admits. Good luck to the rest of you!

I'm IN! Just got the call about an hour ago . . . was in a meeting and saw the area code and nearly crapped my pants.
