I am pretty sad, even though it is not official yet. Interestingly, both my interviews at Wharton (with HCM and the regular interviewer) went incredibly well.

Agreed. This process just seems so cruel. I understand that they want to reach out personally to the accepted students and make them feel special. But at least consider the thousands of applicants who have poured a lot of time and effort into this. It one thing to get denied. It's another to have people sit and agonize all day while others are celebrating.

Which is to say you read it on BW.

2pm ET = 11am PT. Will they have been able to notify all the west coasters by 11am? I guess we'll find out in 10 min.

They don't call all the admits, I know of someone personally who was admitted without a call. I am still hoping for a decision at 2 PM.

True. That was the case for me. They said in the email they tried to reach me, but my phone was on all the time... :-D
