I agree with the other points raised above. In addition, living in a building that is popular with students means you can do more/better diligence before signing the contract with regards to how good/bad the landlord is, potential issues with the apartments, etc.

You won't see each other much anyways with the school work, trust me on that one.
BTW, how come Nink & Jerz got groupies following them around?
Jerz, I heard that certain company with a Skillman campus really isn't all that much fun to work for, is that true?

it depends. my roommate is awesome (i met him before school started at a preorientation weekend). another benefit of living with an MBA classmate is your schedules will largely overlap (so your roommate wont be partying while youre trying to study for an exam, etc.).

but if you get stuck with a d-bag roommate, well that can happen anywhere / to anyone, MBA or not. if youre not used to living with others, just splurge on a studio or something instead.
