2019 Executive MBA Class Profiles and Comparison!

The most important piece of the puzzle is missing in there - post-MBA career goal. That should drive the discussion.

We've seen candidates with 10 years experience applying for regular MBA programs (instead of an EMBA) and managing a career change. However, the number of programs where such a profile fits well, tends to be fairly limited.

Most with this level of experience typically target one year programs, instead of 2 year programs. USA has a few 1-year programs too, such as Kellogg, USC, Cornell, Goizuetta. Europe has many more.

On the other hand, Executive MBA students generally have a higher age and work experience. They're mostly looking at moving vertically within their industry, as opposed to a big career change.
