Your post-MBA goals will be a big factor in determining which schools are the right fit for you. Your why MBA/why our school argument rests on the skill gaps you need to fill to achieve your ST & LT goals and you want those skill gaps to align with a school's specialty (finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, etc). It's also not clear from what you shared here if you've been in a business role or an engineering one and that makes a big difference in your candidacy as well. It's much tougher when you are coming from a technical or engineering background since you've had less opportunity to demonstrate business skills or an aptitude for business, not to mention the fact that Indian engineers are very common among b-school applicants. The adcom will also want to see what kinds of extracurriculars you've had, especially post-undergrad.
That said, just based on what you shared here, I'd generally target schools in the 10-25 range based on US News & World Report. In generally you want to at least hit a school's average GMAT & ideally exceed it so you can use that as a guide!
