Hello,
You are a part of the most competitive pool that is Indian Engineering grades, so expectation of better GMAT is inevitable for you for international schools. Insead and NUS will be stretches. At NTU, you may take chance, but i would suggest you to retake GMAT. ISB will be a long stretch considering your background.
For Indian schools also, this GMAT score will be not enough to be a competitive applicant, I am not aware about the one year program offered by MDI at Gurgaon.
