Thanks for your frank review.
i am thinking i might as well apply and give it a shot. will definitely retake the gmat soon.

is there any difference if you are reapplying to these schools?!
is it the same as first time applicants or better or worse?!

Every schools has a different philosophy for re applicants.

INSEAD is very particular about your concrete improvements when you apply as a re-applicant, so I would suggest you not to apply to INSEAD untill you are not very sure that you have the strongest possible application.

At NTU and NUS, I think you should not have much problem as re applicant, but if you think you wanna retake GMAT, than i would suggest you to apply with best of your application.
