Hi
Subjuctive form is evident from wish, desire, proposal. Used with words like advice, advisable, ask, arrange, better, demand, desire, desireable, direct, essential, imperative, fitting, important, insist, instruct, instructions, intend, intentions, necessary, order, pray, prefer, preferable, plead, propose, recommend, request, require, suggest, suggestion, urge, urgent, vital & believe.
Any of the above words + that + infinitive form of verb (without 'to').
This is subjunctive. Just cram these words.
