What to do if we can't see/find any errors in Sentence?

For questions with the whole sentence underlined, first break the sentence into component parts. Remove the fluff (non-essential modifiers) and identify the core sentence.

Doing this will help you to understand the sentence and will also help you to identify errors in the sentence.

First make sure that the given sentence is a proper sentence; the sentence should not be a fragment or a run-on. Do the same for all the answer choices, and elimate the answers that aren't proper sentences.

Then eliminate answers with other grammar errors and with problems in the meaning (for example, an illogical comparison is a problem in the meaning, not a grammar problem).

After that we usually need to compare answer choices and see which one is the best of the lot.

One thing that helps many people master SC is doing practice questions untimed. By practicing untimed, you can learn to use strategies such as crossing off nonessential modifiers without worrying about time pressure.

Then, once you've learned to get long underline questions correct untimed, you can work on reducing the time you take to answer them until you are answering them at test pace.
