C Cannot be the answer. A is the close contender.

Even I got A, where was this question taken from?

No answer seems strong enough here to me.. Yet, by the process of elimination, i can only keep " A "...

the other answers are far from strengthening the argument.. Yet, would like to know if i m right or wrong.. :)

Choice A is easily correct answer, the remain 4 choices are out of scope.

Got it wrong...can someone plz explain the solution?

option B,C and D is technically not relevant since they are not strengthening the conclusion. option E talks about lawn tools and this option is somehow weakening the conclusion. so ultimately correct option is option A.reason here is that it talks about the use of motorbikes is more in a big city to regulating its use will lead to decrease in pollution.
