Thank you for being a student. I want to make sure that we get the facts consistent:
1. Your wrote your first email on
11 December, Friday requesting to freeze the response.
2. We responded on
14 December, Monday (within 1 business day) sending your details and asking you to confirm your request.
3. We did not hear from you after that.
4. On 18 December, you write this post complaining that there was no response from our team despite you have written to our team consistently:
I am not sure I understand how/why:
1. One email from you warrants a statement "
