Yes, if you are determined to go to grad school in management asap, an MiM would be a good option to research, and there are plenty of great programs in the US and around the world, particularly in Europe. The Duke program you mention is a good one and you would likely be competitive based on the limited info I know of you. You can google MiM vs MBA and read some interesting comparisons and articles. Think about your long-term goals first of all and ask yourself which degree will help most with those goals (or could either), and look at things like employment stats to see where people wind up, and consider whether you'd like to go to grad school asap and then work, or work a couple of years more and then apply which would be MBA.
