Hello,
Sorry for the long Post. I have been preparing for Gmat since last 3 months. I have done MGMAT guides , Og11,13,16 and 18 and some OG 18 verbal and quant review(whatever different questions i could find). Many things off Gmat club and really helpful for those(bunuels questions, topic wise SC and CR).
My princeton review test scores are: 650,750,650,740,710,780,750 towards latest ( I know the grading for these are flawed )
New Gmat prep online: 750,730
Old Gmat prep soft : 710
MGMAT free test: 640, 690(retake)

All this sums up to Quant above above 48 except MGMAT(45) and verbal 38 to 43.
I cant figure out any strong or weak areas per say because the results are varying so much. Sometimes i do all the SC correct and fail in CR or may do CR with 90 to 95% accuracy and flunk in RC. I feel its all coming down to luck. Can anyone please suggest me the best way to go now in these last days to get maybe a 10 or 20 point improvement and what material to follow for that. Thanks.

Hi. How soon you taking the test?

PS. Mgmat quant traditionally gives lower scores than people get on the test.

I would not advise you to make any major changes this close to the exam. Maybe 1 or 2 more practice tests and some practice questions. Ensure that your timing strategy is in place though.

Hi pranaybhasin,

I’m glad you reached out, and I’m happy to help. Since your exam is in just a few days, I would not do too much between now and your exam. Keep your studying light. Review flash cards/notes from past topics to ensure knowledge has not slipped through the cracks.

I wrote an article that you may find helpful that has some more advice regarding how to treat the final week leading up to your GMAT as well as some tips for test day.

Let’s me know how things end up, and please reach out with any further questions.

Good luck!
