X and Y are integers and Y is not 0. Is X negative?

(1) Y-1 > -2
So Y>-1 but y cannot be 0, so Y$$\geq{1}$$
Insufficient

(2) |X/Y| = X/Y
So X/Y>0
This means both X and Y are of same sign OR X=0
Insufficient

Combined..
Both are of same sign and Y is positive, so X is 0 or >0
Ans is NO in both cases
Sufficient
