I recently took the GMAT exam at a test center, and I'd like to share my experience. The test center provided a generally positive environment conducive to concentration and focus. One of the highlights was its accessibility, featuring a lift for easy access to different floors, which is particularly beneficial for candidates with mobility issues. Additionally, the abundance of computers ensured minimal wait times and a smooth check-in process.

The atmosphere inside the center was notably quiet, which is crucial for a test like the GMAT that requires intense concentration. However, one downside was the absence of provided earbuds, which could have helped further in blocking out distractions for some test-takers.

The staff at the center seemed relatively new, which was evident in their limited knowledge about certain procedures. While they were helpful, it would have been more reassuring if they were better informed about the exam and its logistics.

Facility-wise, the washrooms were clean but appeared a bit outdated. One significant concern was the lack of ventilation in the center. While the air conditioning provided some relief, the absence of fresh air circulation could lead to a feeling of stuffiness, especially during longer test sessions. This issue could potentially affect test-takers' comfort and even their performance, as reduced oxygen levels may impact cognitive function.

In summary, while the test center provided a generally good environment for taking the GMAT, there are areas for improvement, particularly in terms of staff training, provision of earbuds, and addressing ventilation concerns to ensure optimal conditions for test-takers
