Pretty straightforward..
We have 60 seconds in a minute out of which blue light flashes for 25 seconds, so \(P = \frac{25}{60}=\frac{5}{12}\)

Probability = Favorable outcomes / Total outcomes

P = Second for blue light / Total(60)
P = 25/60 = 5/12.

Therefore, answer is A.
