Does anyone know if everyone gets an interview? If not, what’s the acceptance rate for those who are interviewed?

There is no certain info available about the two questions you asked. Based on my experience with 2nd round admissions, I am guessing they release interviews after reviewing the application and finding it matches a certain criteria. i.e not everyone is invited for interviews. During the interview, the interviewer will not have access to your application. Interviewer will evaluate you only based on your resume and the interview. Final admission is combination of everything (application, essay, test and interview). There is no data on the acceptance rate, however what I heard is that there is a high chance of getting in if you are invited for an interview.
