My advise, the goal essays bê Very direct and try to add a high level story tô backup you goal... For the others, select 2-3 experience that would be appealing for your story. Admission has your resume, you dont need tô repeat ALL of that info again. Focus on what Admission would like to hear more...

they should just inform the ones rejected at the first instance, and not keep them hanging till the very last.

I do not know if all invites agree sent ! Look at post from last year u can see it is same. all invites were before final date. On final date it was only dings and waitlist notification. Invites were all sent before maybe this year they do differently but last year all Interview invite were sent before the date. R1 and r2 same. I was under review r2 for entire time then waitlist Yes I agree ! Making ppl wait until very end is unfair ! Have u seen any dings or waitlist from Cornell yet ? No …… because they send at last moment on notification day

On Clear Admit, there are a number of stories of people who were under review for 1+ month before receiving an interview invite. it’s not over until 11/4, until then just have faith. Good luck, all!

That’s what I am saying. And yes the rejects/waitlists will be confirmed on the final day - that’s kind of expected but that doesn’t mean no invites will be rolled out this/next week.
