Essay 1Define your short-term post-MBA career goals. How are your professional strengths, past experience, and personal attributes aligned with these goals? (300 word limit)
Essay 2The business school is named for Roberto C. Goizueta, former Chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company, who led the organization for 16 years, extending its global reach, quadrupling consumption, building brand responsibility, creating unprecedented shareholder wealth, and demonstrating a commitment to values and positive impact on society. Roberto Goizueta's core values guide us in educating principled leaders to have a positive influence on business and society. Provide a specific example of your leadership and explain what you learned about yourself through the experience. (300 word limit)
Essay 3What are you looking to gain from Goizueta's MBA degree and how do you see yourself contributing to the Goizueta community? (200 word limit)
Video EssayTelling your story in the written essays is an important part of the application process, but we also want to hear you tell some of your story. The video essay lets every candidate talk to the MBA Admissions Committee and we enjoy getting to know you through the "small talk" questions.

When adcoms look at your CV they are basically looking at two things:
1. How has your career progressed? Have you taken on additional roles and responsibilities along the way
2. Does your existing skill set has any transferable skills to your post-MBA goals.

Also, I believe that if everyone had a perfect resume already then there would be not point of doing an MBA.

You need to really filter and introspect how to best present your existing work.

Sure. I got a 650 the first time I took it and then I got a 700 and then finally a 710.

Consulting and finance are most represented because a) There are more jobs there b) Most not all companies in these two domains are happy to sponsor international students for H1B visa.
Few international students go for marketing but if you talk to somebody who has done an internship or is working full-time in this role, they will tell you what companies and which roles to target.

That information is readily available on the job portal/job application forms. This is disclosed in the public domain so as an international you only target roles where visa sponsorship is available. That being said I can tell you about this in detail for consulting since I would be recruiting for that but for marketing I can find someone to connect with whom you can connect.

Great question..
Yes I did, I was fortunate to receive an 80% scholarship.
If you are a female candidate with a strong GMAt (700+) they odds of getting a scholarship are in your favour.

I have also seen Indian male candidates with good profile and 730+ GMAT getting substantial scholarship.

No in most US B-schools you don’t need to file any separate application for a scholarship. Some might ask for some additional essays but that is about it. You are automatically considered for merit based scholarship based on the strength of your profile.
