Someone over on the BW forums said they got an email today with possible interview times. Anybody else get that?

Yes I just got an e-mail with interview locations and dates listed, but it's not an invitation to interview. Still waiting for February 3....

I received it at 6:30 ET.

I got excited when I saw the sender.... then I read the email.... I know I had selected an alternate interview location in my application. I'm going to change it to Durham now.

did everyone get the email regarding interviews or just a few of us, read prospective interviewees? it makes no sense to send it out to everyone and have them clear their schedule. just checking

It's true, what type of applicant got that mail
I also got the mail notifying for location but no invite
if I put a guess it cud be other way round for those applicants whose application is not strong to show their interest in duke

I got email too, although I already interviewed during Women's Weekend in December, before submitting the official application. So, don't get excited, it's just mass mail.

For the record, I got the email too. But, I'm not going to read anything into it. I've noticed schools tend to send emails to everyone even when it would be better if they didn't. I.e. in early Dec, Univ of Chicago sent NY area applicants info about a meeting with current students for 12/16 and sent out rejections to many of the same applicants on 12/15. Lets hope for the best.

I too, might call Duke to change my request to an on campus interview. I'd like to see the school.

I wouldn't read too much into it everyone. I received the email as well (to my secondary email address?) but I already interviewed in the Open Interview period back in October/November.

When I clicked to read the email, my modem got unplugged with all my excitement. I was left wondering for a full 2 minutes about the email.... :P

I did too, it just threw me off that they sent it to my other email address even though every other correspondence has gone to the primary (business) email address.
