Glad to see admits still rolling out. Now the real question this days is how many of the 28 admits so far are heading to Kellogg next fall? You guys do realize that you might make up a pretty serious percentage of the class haha...

That's a good point!

I would say there's an 80% chance I go to Kellogg.

I certainly hope admits are still rolling out, seeing as how I didn't interview until last week!

Congrats jb32, it's definitely a good feeling. Since you applied to Kellogg in R2, would you say your application was significantly better than Chicago/UCLA's? That may have a lot to do with your success.

For me personally, my R2 applications were by far my strongest...My first application was Wharton, and I was dinged w/out interview. I think a big part of it was the fact that it was my first and weakest application.

I think the biggest thing for me was that I was much more specific on my goals and why Kellogg than I was in my earlier apps. I specifically talked about how I wanted to get into a TMT group at a mid-market investment bank specifically working with SaaS companies. I also brought this up in the interview and spoke of how and why I particulary found this area of software interesting. My earlier apps just said that I wanted to be an investment banker. For those with access to the essay vault, I plan to post my essays sometime today for the benefit of all.

Thanks Maverick, hope you end up at Kellogg over Tuck!!
