Gmat Focus Percentiles - Verbal

Hi GFE enthusiasts & Experts,

Here is my Verbal experience from couple of free official focus mocks:
- Mock1: V82 (79th percentile) - 6 incorrect
- Mock2: V78 (42nd percentile) - 11 incorrect :facepalm_man: :?

Although i do understand that the level of difficulty of questions do matter. But i generally, felt the verbal percentiles are packed a bit too much :shh: in comparison to normal edition. So, is it that the verbal phobia not much to worry now? For folks good on quant can balance it up on Quant and DI section (PS: DI does contain few verbal ques) with overall prep time coming down?

Up for thoughts!

A little bit of "packing" is normal in the middle of the curve, but I agree that this is a bit too much. :)

Thanks so much for putting these together. I found this too late (found when I was looking for my post) but I did a similar distribution of percentiles here overlaying Focus and Classic in Excel: https://gmatclub.com/forum/percentiles- ... 20268.html

Kudos to both you and NaveenGJ :)

I decided not to add an overlay because I generally don't like "busy" charts, but I agree that an overlay is a great way to get this particular point across.
