Hi,

I bought gmatpill SC course ($120) and got the conformation mail also. But couldn't able to access the course. I have only 2 week left for exam. I stuck up with this.

I wrote the mail to their support team. But no reply. Please help me how to contact them?

Hi naru007,

We are just seeing this post and yes, we did respond immediately to naru007's satisfaction.

The issue was related to the user's credit card and multiple attempts to purchase. We voided an additional payment so the user was not overcharged. Also, the account access was enabled immediately.

I would try getting them on Twitter, Facebook or such.

Hi, I have the same problem
I paid the membership of 160 usd but I can’t access to the course. I sent email to support but they haven’t answered me.
I await for the solution of this problem because I need to study.
