Given ,

2x - 3y = 6

6y - 4x = -12 ( multiply by -2 )

The best answer is A.

6y - 4x = -2 (2x - 3y) = -2 * 6 =-12

Answer: A

Multiplying the given equation by -2, we have:

-4x + 6y = 6y - 4x = -12

Answer: A
