I'd go with A.

Sum of interior angles of a triangle = 180º

So, we have 2 sums that both add up to 180

2x + 5y
4x + y

Putting them together we have

2x + 5y = 4x + y
5y - y = 4x - 2x
4y = 2x
2y = x

Which leads us to option A

we have two triangles
4x+y=180
2x+5y= 180
subtract
2x-4y=0
x-2y=0
x=2y

Sum of interior angles of a triangle is 180 degrees. Therefore, we have-
1) 5y+x+x=180==>2x+5y=180
2) 2x+2x+y=180==>4x+y=180

==>2x+5y=4x+y
2x=4y
==>x=2y
