Rules regarding Fraction:

1. when we multiply fraction with another fraction , original fraction becomes much less smaller.

2. when we divide a integer by a fraction , that integer becomes larger.

3. when we divide fraction by a integer , that fraction becomes smaller.

The best answer is C.

0.04 > 0.02

So it has to be C

Choice A becomes: 1/0.2 = 10/2 = 5.

Choice B becomes (0.2)^2 = 0.2 x 0.2 = 0.04.

Choice D becomes 0.2/2 = 0.1.

We see that 0.02 in choice C is the smallest.

Answer: C
