Solution:

St(1):-m=3k, where k is a positive integer.

No information on the denominator(Insufficient)

St(2):-n=2t, where t is a positive integer.

It says that denominator is in the form of 2t

=>If t=2 m/n will terminate

and if t=3 m/n may or may not terminate(dependent on m)

Combining both,

We still do not have a new result
