The sum of a sequence of reciprocals is determined by the first and the end term. So, since 1/2=10/20<1/11+1/12+1/13+......+1/20<10/11<10/10=1, the correct answer is E.

1/11 *10 = 10/11 if there were all 1/11
1/20 * 10 = 1/2 if numbers were all 1/20

so scope is 1/2 - 1

answer is E

I rounded it out

1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/15 + 1/15 + 1/15 + 1/15 + 1/20 + 1/20 + 1/20

which ends up being 43/60. This is way over 1/2 so the answer is E.

Here is another method.
Recognize that 1/11 is nothing but closer to ( 9 %) and 1/20 is 5%. So if all the numbers were 1/11 it would be closer to 90 % so the value of the set is bet 50 % to 90 % . Which is option E
