I gave my GMAT just a month and half ago because I wanted to apply for the ISB YLP program and scored a 760 (Q49, V44). Having completed my application for ISB, I now want to turn my attention to other programs that offer similar benefits. I would like to know what such programs are looking for in candidates and whether I stand a chance at this juncture or if I should try to get some work experience and apply through regular channels. Other than these, are there any other programs that I should (could) be applying to?
A bit about me:
-I am in the final year of my undergrad from one of India's best colleges (top 10) and have a CGPA of 8.3 (scale of 10)
-I have decent extra-curricular activities and I am in a leadership position at a student run organisation in my college
-I used to be a state level athlete but I couldn't continue after an injury so my achievements are a bit dated in this regard (from 5 years ago)

Well there aren't really many zero-experience MBA programs, and those that there are (Yale, Stanford, HBS) are all exceptionally difficult to get into. It doesn't mean you can't try of course. But it's good to know the challenge.
You will have many many more options open to you once you have worked several years, and in my opinion, an MBA if often far more useful once you have worked some.
