HI bb ,EMPOWERgmatRichC,

I'm unable to Redeem reward getting Access denied error even though I've 299 points :-).And Also not getting any points for the posts, Joining the Chat. Is there any process change?

Can you pls help me!!!

I have just redeemed the reward of Empower Gmat 5 days free and bb just give me the code.
However, I do not know about the next step.
There are 2 options of Empower course when I try to create an account.
Also, I did register the trail Empower Gmat 1 year ago with a different email hoangvu27@yahoo.com. Also, my old credit card has been expired, and the bank now gives me a new credit card with new pin and card numbers. What should I do now?
I did send them an email and wait to hear from Empower gmat. Can anybody help me with this, please?

since the only way to communicate with the support team of Empower gmat is through email, I worry that they do not understand my problem. Also, if the volume of mails is huge, then the communication may not be effective.

Hi aaba,

I've confirmed with the Support Team and you were emailed the instructions for what to do next (you need to enroll in the Standard Monthly Account and it will be modified for 5 days of free access).
