That is awesome; I' am considering applying to Booth, however for the Autumn Quarter (hopefully with a better score), as I am not sure how driving down to Chicago every weekend would work out for me.

670 is a good score to apply for the weekend program. I would encourage you o apply for the Spring quarter which starts in March and application deadline in Jan 1st week.

The autumn quarter has some restriction for the Civil Program - I am not aware of this much, but its good to be sure of applying eligibility here.

Understood, thank you for the info.

For those who got the admit: After your interview, did you send Ross a thank you email? If so, did you get a reply back?

It was the following morning. I wouldn't read too much into it if you don't get a reply though. The admissions office is likely much busier now that the early deadline has passed.

I don't think there's a matter of policy on this, some people see it as improper while others see it as fine. not very important as an indicator

Folks, I submitted my application on Jan 20th and have not heard back anything from the admissions committee (except "Application received" and "Application completed" mails). Any idea when would they send out the interview invites?

Hello Susukivasanth,
I am not sure if there is certain timeline. I got an interview invite on Jan 16th. I submitted my application on Dec 1st. Some applicants got a response in two weeks too.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for the information. I will probably have to wait, looks like.

I submitted my application on 1/18 and received an invitation to interview Monday 2/3. The interview times offered were for next week, 2/12 and 2/13. They may still be going through the R2 applications if you haven't heard yet.

Hi Susukivasanth. I have also only heard the same things as you but no notification of denial. I see you updated your status to denied. Was this feedback already relayed to you from the admissions team?

I am getting worried to have not heard back yet because I honestly expected at a minimum an opportunity to interview. I haven't heard a peep yet.

No matter the decision, I will continue to upgrade my credentials (starting with the gre which I only spent 3 weeks preparing for) not for the sole purpose of having a better resume for next year's app, but rather the desire to master analytical problem solving.

Wish me luck, but at this point, I'm a bit deflated, but never demotivated.

Hello BigWood,

I did get my denial on Friday at 11 AM EST. I was hoping I would minimum get an interview but I think I am done with Ross. Need to give GRE again instead of GMAT and apply to schools in Chicago.

If you have not got a denial yet, you may never know, you might still be in the running. All the best.
