You should have a good chance at RSM, given your profile statistics. The rest will depend on your goals and ECA, as RSM is quite particular about those.

Have a look at these articles as well to know more about the application and the school:

Hi ssathyajith , hope you are doing well. Think I evaluated your profile earlier for INSEAD/HEC late rounds.

The odds for getting into Rotterdam are definitely better than the above mentioned schools. I would reiterate to take care of the following in your application when you apply

1. 8 years is a long time to have worked in the same domain. Make sure you are able to show impressive progression and bring your career growth into perspective in an interesting manner. Address what kept you at Siemens for so long. Did you get any international mobility opportunities, team leadership opportunities or interesting cross functional projects? Bring international focus wherever possible.

2. Post MBA goals - I would consider Corporate Leadership Programs a really good choice for your post MBA goal. However, do your research and specifically mention the programs of interest. Be conscientious in your approach. Think outside the box. If you are able to network with respective corporates in Europe (including Siemens) and find a strong Post MBA match even before you apply to Rotterdam, that could fetch you a definite admit.

3. Address how you would continue to do community service and give back to the society in future. Kudos to you for volunteering for visually challenged students. Show how developing connections in Europe would help you bring attention towards problems/ social issues in your home country. How do you plan to give back to your community?

I have helped applicants get calls in R3 for HEC, INSEAD therefore if you wish to discuss your strategy for European B Schools do reach out.
Best regards

Hello ssathyajith,

Your profile looks like a good fit for RSM.

However, your chances will also be defined by how well you put articulate your experiences, achievements, and goals through essays.

All the best!
