Definitely don't be shy about including your involvement in the gay community in your application. You have probably heard this before, but one of your big challenges as an Indian/IT applicant (even though you're in the U.S.) is to stand out from the pack. Your sexual orientation can definitely hepl you do that. Of course, I don't mean that you should play this up simply to get into b-school, but if it's a big part of your life, then you should absolutely make it a central theme in your application. Adcomms will welcome this.
Outside of that, I would say that you have a fairly typical profile. I don't think that any of those schools is out of your reach, but you'll want to show strong career progression, leadership experience (you mentioned some of this), and clearly defined career goals that tie to your story.
Maybe also take a look at Michigan, Haas, and Duke. They also attract firms that can give you global consulting opportunities.
