Calling NYU Stern Tech MBA Applicants 2022 Intake[Class of 2023]

Why is this thread so inactive? Do we have a separate thread for Andre Koo Tech MBA at Stern?
Also have the interview invites been rolled out already? Coz its been more than a month since previous deadline.

Was wondering the same thing myself. But I guess I too am guilty of just lurking on this thread instead of posting. I applied for R1 as well. Curious to know if anyone have started getting interview invites. Check your spam or promotion or social email groups in your inbox. My invite was sitting in Promotion group. I usually delete promotion emails . By chance I read it and found that invite was legitimate email from Stern.

same as iamarjavjain sanjnair applied R1 waiting to hear back... getting more and more worried. wondering if I should send a follow-up email to the admissions office on the status? any one knows if that's not best practice?

hey guys, question: can we apply for both the tech MBA and the 2 year full time MBA?

No. You can't. You can't have more than one submitted application to any of the NYU schools at the same time, except for specific dual degree programs. However if you are rejected for one and if the application cycle for the other hasn't ended, you can request to apply again for the other program. You can't just apply for the other one if you are rejected for one program; you must request and get approval from the admissions committee first.

Considering the application deadlines, if you are not us citizen or permanent resident, you can only apply for the tech mba first to have a chance to apply for both. However, of course, you should primarily apply to the program that you would like to be considered for.

What I will say is that it won't hurt your application at all if you request a status update. If it gives you peace of mind, you could also try to call the admissions committee. I was so surprised how emphatic and kind they were when I called them for a different concern last month. I think they will for sure review and look at your application, so it will be okay!

Have been seeing the same status ever since I submitted my application on 09/15/2021
