Profile evaluation and some advice

Hi,
Please help me with an evaluation -
I am a 26 year old Indian male
GMAT -
730
Work experience -
4 yrs IT in Banking/Financial Services (developer > analyst > Project Lead (India/Australia) > Leader for centre of excellence)
Currently with TCSL (Asia's largest ITeS corporation)
Education -
Bach. of Engg. in National Inst. of Technology, Nagpur, India
Extracurriculars -
Photography (featured photographer on a commercial photography site)
Trekking
Assisted in setting up local sub-chapter for a SPIC-MACAY (a national organization to promote Indian Classical Music)
Set up blood donation camps during under-graduate studies
Occasional work with leprosy patients
Post MBA goals -
Product Manager/Business Development Leader in Revolving Credit/E-Business sector, somewhere at the Business-Technology interface. My interests are Finance, Consultancy and Strategy.
Target schools -
Tuck (Stretch School), SBS, ISB. Thinking of applying to 3 more (Probably INSEAD and Tepper, and one more)...
1. Please evaluate the choice of schools and advise.
2. How much importance should I give course fees while shortlisting?
3. Is it a good idea to contact college faculty through email before I actually apply? Especially because I will not be able to make campus visits.
