bsd_lover,
You have a distinctive profile and a good GMAT score. I think the lack of 'social impact' involvements will hurt you at all the schools you listed. It really is something that the top schools expect to see. I recommend that you use your work organizing sports teams as your extracurricular involvement because it shows leadership and 'team-orientedness,' if not exactly community impact. I would say your chances are smallest at HBS and greatest at MIT and Chicago. One challenge for you will be showing the schools where your hedge funds goals came from, and that you have done the 'due diligence' to know it's the right career for you. If you can raise the GMAT without any additional study then by all means take it again. But it won't address the main weakness of your application, which it's never too late to start working on.
Good luck,
