Priya,

You have a very competitive GMAT score and a good range of extracurriculars. It's not clear how much leadership you have at work and your work experience is a bit low, especially for European schools, which place a premium on work experience compared to U.S. schools. So IMO London and INSEAD are definite longshots for you. More doable but still "reaches" are Oxford, JBS, HEC Paris, ISB, and IMD. Your chances at York, HEC Montreal, IE, NUS, HKUST, and ESADE look fair to decent to me. You will need to convince them why you can't wait to accumulate the kind of work experience they normally like to see.

Hope this helps,

Thanks so much!!!
I lead a single resource right now !!But yes leadership as in leading nearly four different projects in my firm but at the same time I have good enough interaction with customers.Yes im applying for ISB for sure , other Bschools which i want to consider are JBS NUS,NTU ,HEC paris ,rotterdam(erasmus).HKUST : i had explored about this school it has job placements based on regional language.Hence Im still confused and intake is around 75 to 80 students hence im quite not sure.I wil explore about ESADE and IE .Thanks for ur feedback .

spriya,

You're welcome. If you can, you may also want to work on your English writing skills. They are not as polished as they probably ought to be if you want to write effective essays for some of the more competitive programs.

Good luck,
