Congrats ninkorn and cs11!

p.s. ninkorn, does this mean that I'm 3 business days better looking than you? perhaps this is the secret code that nobody has been able to crack.

No, you're just a cheaper date.

They spent the last 3 days working overtime to afford ninkorn.

Think of how much more it costs to take the rest of us out....

My status just changed to the following. No mention of transcripts. I suspect this is bad news.

All the required elements of your application are complete.

If your interview has been completed, the application has been submitted for review to the admissions committee. If your interview has not been conducted, the application will be submitted to the admissions committee upon completion of the interview. The next status check update will be the admission decision (Admit, Waitlist or Deny). When a decision has been rendered, the Office of Admissions will send you an email notifying you to check your status for your decision. Decisions will be released throughout the round, but the majority of decisions will be released during the last several weeks of the round.

This has been my status since the end of October. I don't think it means anything. What was your status prior to that?

My status has said that for about 2 months. I don't think that is cause for concern.

That has been my status for a month. I wouldn't look into it as anything. Did you submit your gmat scores late? was your transcript unreadable?

My previous status was this- it specified times and days to check the website.

As the majority of decisions are updated twice a week, we recommend
checking the status on Tuesday and Friday, between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00
p.m. Central Standard Time. Please note the majority of decisions will
be posted during the last several weeks of the deadline.

Mine does not mention times anymore either now... just updated today. Perhaps they are updating more regularly now and so no longer need the times? Or perhaps this is the pre-update ding? I hope not!

Ugh...

I had the very same (and subtle) status change as Manbehindthecurtain.

If River or anybody else can shed some light, it would be really appreciated, I'm overly anxious now.

if your status goes from one thing to something else not about official transcripts its probably not the best sign.

Someone just posted this as their updated status over at BW:

"Thank you for your interest in the Kellogg School of Management.

The system is unable to determine your current status, please contact the admissions office at 847-491-3308 or mbaadmissions@kellogg.northwestern.edu for more information."

River, any chance this was the pre-ding status change that you mentioned before?

The change is so small, I wouldn't be overly concerned... seems like they wouldn't just remove the times if you were going to get dinged. The information presented is no different than before. I think they did an update today, and removed the times because they are going to inform people each day, rather than on Tues/Fri.

At least... I hope so!

Same. No time and date anymore. Must be system wide update.
