They shouldn't weight one more than the other, so in that respect there's no difference. But there are two advantages to going to campus: 1) The fact that you're going to campus can help emphasize your interest in the program (assuming that you're not already near Philly, in which case you'd probably interview on campus automatically). 2) Sometimes there is a little more variability in the alumni interview experience. I personally had one great alumni interview and two so-so ones. The alum who interviewers you could be great, or could be a jerk, or might not be very well prepared. I don't mean to scare you off from interviewing with an alum; I just wanted to raise those issues.
Also, if you interview with an alum, we recommend doing it outside of his office. The alum might suggest doing it there for his convenience, but there will often be too many distractions for him (even after business hours). We recommend suggesting a nice relaxed, quiet location, like coffee shop or restaurant.
