Dear [20LVO],
Thank you for your application for 2010-2011 financial aid. We are writing to request additional information required to process your application.
So that we can accurately determine your eligibility for need-based aid, please submit the following as soon as possible. Submitting complete and timely information will help ensure you receive the most aid for which you may be eligible.
* Supplemental Form
Please submit an 2010-2011 Supplemental Form online at
https://www.usc.edu/financialaid. To access the online form, click on "My Financial Aid & Documents."

You must verify your U.S. citizenship status. Please submit a copy of your U.S. passport, birth certificate, or naturalization certificate. For additional information review the Citizen and Eligible Non-Citizen Verification form, available at
https://www.usc.edu/financialaid. In addition, if the Social Security Administration does not have a record of your U.S. citizenship status, you must contact that office and request that your record be updated.

Got the same email (minus the citizenship stuff). I actually got that email and filled out the supplemental forms prior to being invited to interview. I do not believe it is tied to admissions but more likely when you submit your fafsa and when your info gets to the financial aid office (but I could be wrong).
