Didn't see any threads for Marshall this year. Just wondering who out there is also applying to Marshall. I applied for the R1 deadline on Nov 1 and just received an interview invite.
Would love to chat with anyone else who is applying or has also received an interview invite.

I was wondering if anyone else out there was applying to Marshall!
I applied R1 as well. Haven't heard anything yet. When did you get your interview invite? Also, are you going to interview on campus, off campus, or over the phone?

Got the invite today. The wording of the email didn't really give me an option in terms of interviews other than on-campus. Basically said we'd like to invite you to campus to interview, select a day etc. Wonder what it means if they said to come to campus.
Curious about what prompted you to apply to Marshall and what you're interested in doing. Good luck to you!

I also got my R1 interview invite yesterday (11/23). I imagine we got the same email. Do you know if USC offers phone or off-campus interviews? Taking time off from work and coming from the east coast would be a hassle (especially since I've already visited the campus).
I'm interested in consulting and entrepreneurship. I applied to USC because of its location.

Don't know if they do or not. I suppose you could probably ask. I'd be curious what they say. I'm somewhat in the same boat since I'd be coming from Texas and have already visited campus as well. I scheduled an interview because I was already going to be in LA for the National Championship Game (Hook 'em Horns!) but it might just be easier if I had the option of a phone or off campus interview.

I applied R1. No interview invite for me.
A "theory" I heard posted on the b-week forums is they sent out the first batch of invites to candidates who are located internationally or east coast/far away from LA so that these applicants can schedule their interviews appropriately. However, I am starting to worry...
After Christmas break, there's only one month left until the decision deadline. I would assume that if you don't get an invite by one or two weeks in 2010, you're toast.

Hey Topher, care to share a bit about your profile? I might be interested in USC.

How did others interpret the "additional document upload" option, after the essay upload? I assume we should upload our essay answers as one PDF in the main essay upload question. Then in the additional uploads, I am putting a scan of my transcript. But what else is appropriate to use these 5 upload slots for?
