Lets get to know each other and maybe meet up at the GBR!

I am Becky from the San Francisco area and I am coming from retail marketing and strategic supply chain and going into operations. I have also been admitted to Tauber and will be at the GBR for sure!

I'm currently in the Chicago area. I have worked in S&T in NYC for 2 years and now I'm doing fixed-income research for two years in Chicago. I am looking to get into consulting and I'm definitely looking forward to attending GBR (although I'll probably have to beg my boss for more days off)!

Hey guys!!! Congrats to all who got admitted.

I'm based out of the Middle East and have worked in investment banking in the region for nearly 5 years. Looking forward to meeting all of you. I am not sure about GBR at this point but will hopefully decide soon.

Hey guys, currently living in Australia and will unfortunately be missing out on GBR - admitted to Erb and REALLY looking forward to getting back to A2 after a great undergrad experience. Congrats to everyone in here and look forward to meeting you all later this summer!

Becky, are you planning on going to the women's brunch in SF? I'm in LA but originally from San Jose, so I'm thinking it might be a good excuse to go up there for the weekend.

Hi!

I'm also based in the Bay Area, and will likely attend GBR.. not 100% sure if I can do this yet.

@Becky--are you going to the women's brunch or the reception next week?

Yes I will be at the brunch. It will be great to meet some local folks and brunch is the best meal of the day anyhow.

Hi everyone....congrats for being admitted. I'd love to attend the GBR however I'm not sure if I can make it since I'm at 10000 km away.

TMS2012, I have had problems with the admitted students website....don't know why...I've sent a mail but no answer yet.

called and sent an email yesterday, but still hasn't worked..

I'll definitely be at GBR. In fact, I'm currently scouting out plane tickets.
Currently working in Boston from a non-profit with prior experience in investment banking.

I'm late to the party here, I couldn't find this thread until now! Congrats to everyone. I currently live in Cary, NC; I wish there was an admitted students reception somewhere in the South. Looks like I'm gonna have to wait until GBR to meet all you people.

My FASFA stuff just went through today, I think it is still a little bit early in the process for aid awards. At least for domestic people like me. Binders are due out next week if you are looking for additional info.
