Hello
Accepted.com,
I have a GMAT score of 770(99%ile) V45 (99%ile) Q50(92%ile) but
my AWA is only 4.0 (20%ile) . Can you plz tell me how much of a drawback will it be ?? Can it drastically hamper my chances during admissions or during granting of scholarships ?? Should I think of giving GMAT again although it feels silly & I dont want to
No, you don't need to retake the GMAT for the AWA. As long as your score is above 3.5, I believe, the schools will not doubt your ability to organize your ideas coherently. Do focus on writing your essays clearly also, to dispel any concern that the admissions committee may have about your writing ability.
