Thanks for reaching out. I agree it sounds like you've got an interesting story to tell.
I also agree that GMAT is your weak point for some of the schools on your list, especially your Quant score. Depending on what you mean by "technical field" hopefully you can demonstrate those skills via work accomplishments. Did you get high grades (A's) in any quant classes in college? Also what's your GPA? I didn't see that. If those are all strong, then I think the GMAT is less of a concern.
As far as schools, Columbia could be tough but makes since given your career goals. The others seem more reasonable. Many applicants interested in fashion/retail also look at UCLA and HEC Paris, in case you want to consider other options.

Hello!
I'm looking for an evaluation on schools to apply to R2.
Basic:
24 yr old white female
GMAT: 690, 44Q, 40V
Work:
-3yrs at the time of matriculation
-work in technical field in Retail industry at a well known brand
-Received 1 promotion
-Several notable accomplishments I can elaborate on in applications
-International travel associated with current job
Education:
-Graduated from Ivy League
-Humanities type major, but took business classes as well
-Involvement in several strong extracurriculars
-Large leadership role in one large club, and two smaller leadership roles
MBA Goals:
-Entrepreneurship
-Launch clothing brand filling a gap in the current market
Other notable facts contributing to my story:
-Professional artist along side full-time job
-Went through college with a serious illness
Target Schools: Columbia, NYU, McCombs, Ross, Yale
I understand I am on the young side and my GMAT may not be as high as the mean at most schools, but I feel like my story is pretty compelling. Thank you so much for the evaluation!
