I can only give you my perception of the admissions landscape.

Your perception of the number of applicants from CEE is dated -- the number of candidates from this region has increased pretty signficantly over the past few years. I confirmed this fact with our admissions director, who after business school lived in Poland and Russia and seems to have been very successful in helping candidates from CEE get accepted to premier programs. He did say that it is particularly competitive if you are from Russia and Turkey.

I just also forgot to ask you if you think i should retake the TOEFL before applying? (i scored 106 a couple of month ago)
