Theory: Modulus/Absolute Value of a number is the non-negative value of the number

|-1 - 2| - |5 - 6| - |-3 + 4| = |-3| - |-1| - |1|
Now, |-3| = 3 (as modulus gives the non-negative value of the number)
Similarly, |-1| = 1

=> |-3| - |-1| - |1| = 3 - 1 - 1 = 3-2 = 1

So, Answer will be C
Hope it helps!
