Hey guys,

I finally sat for the GMAT and scored a 610. V34/Q39. Very disappointed.

I'm pretty sure I ruined myself when I selected to take the test in a different order than how I've been practicing - Verbal/Quant/Ir/essay.

I've been scoring in the 650 range on practice tests averaging around 40 on the verbal. V34 is the lowest verbal score I've ever seen. I assume My brain was not warmed up for the verbal and it really messed me up.

Looking to retake after I take a couple weeks completely off. Any tips or suggestions? I ended up studying for about 4 months last time and I really got burnt out the last 3 weeks. Maybe study for just 2 months before retaking??

Any guidance is appreciated as I really want to bit 700.

Hi, your verbal score is good you really need 9 to 10 points improvement in quant and 8 points on verbal
Have you ordered your esr report? it might help you where u went wrong..
I will suggest you to go through gmatclub quant tests those are awesome and will help you a lot.
I dont know anything about verbal because u havnt mentioned anything specific about Rc, CR and SC.
But yes for SC manhattan Sc guide is awesome
for CR i will suggest u powerscore cr bible and for RC practice atleast 5 Rc's daily
