Let x = Resultant percentage of bleach
Water is 0.0 percent bleach

(.20)200 + (0.0)(50) = \(\frac{x}{100}\)(200 + 50)

40 = \(\frac{x}{100}\) (250)

40 = \(\frac{250}{100}\)x, or \(\frac{5}{2}\)x

\(\frac{2}{5}\)*(40) = x

x = 16

.2*200=x*250
x=16%

Based on the question, we realize the value will be closer to 20 than to 10.

200 at 20% 50G at 0%
A-----------C------------------------------------B

The gallons mixed are in the ratio of 4:1 since 200 G are mixed with 50 G. Hence 4 parts of bleach will be mixed with one part of water. Hence 16%.
