Backup schools for International Business

Just found out about this section on the GMATClub, and can't believe the authors of the book that's currently sitting on my desk are active members on GMATClub! Pleasantly and genuinly surprised.
Can someone kindly advise me on how I should select my backup/safety schools?
First, my profile: 710 GMAT, 2.5 GPA (huge black mark), 4 years working experience by Sept 07, IT background.
Target schools: Columbia (I know getting in will be a long shot and requires nothing short of my total dedication and some miracle, but I learned the words Columbia when I was about 7 y/o and I will rather apply and ding than not applying at all); NYU Stern. Both schools are conveninently located in NYC, where I proudly consider my home and wish to stay to continue my studies.
I know with my sub-subpar GPA, I will need to apply to several safety schools. I already know I want to concentrate in Int'l Business, my short and long term goal is to work in Finance in PacRim region. Columbia is an excellent school for their Int'l program, and so is MIT Sloan. What are some other schools that I will be a good fit for?
Thanks in advance.
Steve
