While applying, I dont see any option to choose EEO or the other option - does it automatically select or am I missing something?

It is based on years of experience if you have <2 then you automatically qulifies for EEO

Hey everyone, I submitted my scores to ISB using the code 7010, but the code mentioned in the application portal is 7892. I’m wondering if ISB will still accept scores sent under the 7010 code. Does anyone have any info on this?

Hi i cancelled my last two scores cause they were the same as my best scores , i was under the impression that they wont show up . However ISB is asking for unofficial report and it show all my attempts ? is tehr anyway to have a GMAT score without these cancelled scores showing that i can upload to ISB ?

Hi, I have cancelled my gmat score of 610 . I am a government employee with experience in Steel company and Modern Trade for 1.5 yrs each. I have founded an student community which is equivalent to an NGO. I have LOR from Reginional Head of previous employer. Did I commit mistake ? or should I have applied anyway ?

While ISB says it has no GMAT score preference , the median score shows somethimg else. You have enough time take the GMAT again

Hi, despite spending 1 cmplte year , I’m getting only 610-650 gmat score. Really don’t know what to do, shall I give the actual gmat test or not ??

Only isb and iim lucknow last round is pending.

Also older gmat version will be available till Jan 24.

Why don’t work with a private tutor? It could help you as in you might be blind to your weak areas. Just a suggestion

Even a few weeks of dedicated strategic approach to gmat with emphasis on you weak areas can push your score upwards by a lot. You can take help of egmat or ttp etc to do that. A better score always gives a better standing in your chances of getting a school of your choice. The more time you spend the more diluted your efforts will be. Decide if this is the year for you, decide if your choice of schools are still accepting, if yes, then put in the efforts and go for the test.


Al great achievements and a holistic profile. However it’s better to take one best shot than multiple weak shots. It may not sound great but don’t lose out on test weightage, try to be in the 680-720 range to make it your best attempt.


Please confirm this in a mail with the adcom. It’s better to have a tangible proof.

Hey guys, what happens to the merit scholarship if we select no in the field given. Since the application portal doesn’t allow us to leave the selection blank, how are we supposed to go about it?

Everyone qualifies for merit scholarship consideration automatically. If you further qualify for any of the other mentioned in the list, then choose yes.
